Uniquely beautiful villa, with a stunning native garden, surrounded by its own private forest of Mediterranean pines with views of the valley and the Mediterranean sea. This dream villa is spacious and airy, providing guests with a wide array of amenities.
The villa is ideally situated in the middle of Ibiza, 5 minutes from Santa Gertrudis, 10 minutes from Santa Eularia del Rio, 10-15 minutes from beaches, Ibiza city, and the airport.
"Mas Sueños" generous 180 square meters (1950 square feet), can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. The villa's contemporary, rustic design, affords guests commodious comfort, allowing them to feel relaxed and private within their own space, even when the house is occupied to capacity.
The house has two double bedrooms, each with spacious wardrobe closets. One bedroom has a balcony that overlooks the forest.

There is a porch with sofas, benches, and a dining table. Windows provide picture perfect views of the sea and the forest. The large entertainment-sized deck, which has equally impressive views, is perfect for outdoor living. It's a great place to relax with morning coffee, and its barbeque grill brings cooking outdoors. You might just spend most of your time there.
There's a pond, rustic water wheel, and garden swing for pastoral moments, and a boxing bag with gloves, weights and abdominal bench for those who wish to remain in top fitness.
The swimming pool is large, measuring 8m x 5 m (26' x 16'). There is one complete outside Mediterranean style barbecue, with its own garden table, chairs, and umbrella.
The villa has a very large, fully equipped kitchen, with all serving essentials.
